Hello, I Am Emmanuel Nanang.

I build brands through lasting relationships, commercial thinking, and creative leadership.
My career has always been centred around people, relationships and creating opportunities.
With over 20 years of experience in customer-facing roles across different sectors, I’ve developed a strong understanding of how to build trust, communicate effectively and create lasting relationships. Today, I work in FMCG field sales with Pip & Nut, working directly with retailers to grow distribution, strengthen customer relationships and deliver brand execution.
I’m now looking to build on that experience and take the next step into a broader commercial sales or account executive / management role.
Tesco 913
Following the post-Christmas drop in spending, we focused on actively driving sales. I secured distribution into 9 Tesco 913 stores and worked closely with store managers to drive sales during a 12-week focus period.
Store Growth
I developed a close working relationship with this store and worked collaboratively with the manager to identify opportunities to increase sales through sampling and off-fixture displays.
Hackney Half Marathon
For the first time, Pip & Nut sponsored the Hackney Half Marathon. With Hackney being the origins of the company, the ambition was to create a significant local activation and brand presence across the area
Strong commercial relationships are built on trust, consistency and understanding. I take the time to understand the people and businesses I work with, creating alignment that leads to productive partnerships.
I look beyond the immediate sale to understand the bigger picture — the customer, the category, the brand and where opportunities for growth exist. Good commercial thinking, to me, means finding solutions that work for everyone involved.
Creativity influences how I approach problems, communicate ideas and spot opportunities. My work as an artist has taught me to observe closely, think differently and challenge the obvious solution.
